30-Day Best Pair Guarantee
If you are a new customer and your first pair doesn’t feel right, simply contact us at support@uxlwear.com within 30 days of purchase. We’ll help arrange an exchange or refund and respond within two working days. If you ordered multiple pairs, we recommend trying one pair first before opening the others. The guarantee covers one opened pair, while unopened items remain eligible for return.
Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt and inspection.
1-Year Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every pair of UXL underwear we sell. Our 1-Year Quality Guarantee covers quality issues that develop within one year of purchase under normal use, including:
- Fabric splitting, tearing, or holes developing under normal use.
- Seams or bonded edges coming apart during normal wear.
- Waistband elastic becoming exposed or developing structural damage.
If any of these issues occur within one year of purchase, simply contact us with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll handle it in the same way as our 30-Day Best Pair Guarantee, including a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing or care, and damage caused by misuse are not covered.
